Exchange Programmes
Academic mobility with European and international partners: Erasmus+ mobility, staff and student exchanges, and Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects.
1. Academic mobility programs
Within the framework of academic mobility programs, Erasmus+ Mobility serves as a European Union initiative that provides opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as academic staff, to study, undertake internships, or teach abroad.
An application has been submitted to Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland, under the Staff and Student Mobility Program. This program provides opportunities for both students and staff to participate in international academic exchange.
Additionally, an application has been submitted to Széchenyi István University (Hungary) under the Administrative, Teaching Staff, and Student Mobility Program. This program includes the participation of academic and administrative staff, as well as students, in mobility activities.
Under the FAO scholarship program, selected participants receive a monthly stipend of USD 700 and complete their internship at the organization’s headquarters.
Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Marmara University (Türkiye), negotiations are currently ongoing to establish future student exchange programs.
Furthermore, an agreement is in progress with Roma Tre University (Italy) to organize two-month free online courses, followed by the implementation of student exchange programs.
- In January of the current year, an agreement was signed with the University of Aveiro (Portugal) under the Erasmus+ Mobility Program (Mobility of higher education students and staff between EU Member States and third countries, both associated and not associated with the Programme).
- According to the agreement, the following mobility activities are planned:
- • Two students will participate in exchange programs in 2026, with a study period of four months (120 days).
- • Two administrative staff members will participate in an exchange program for one month.
- • Four students will participate in exchange programs for four months.
- • Five academic staff members will take part in mobility programs.
- • Five administrative staff members will participate in short-term mobility (5 days).
- • Five students will participate in exchange programs for five months.
- Based on agreements reached under the “Sustainable Ecology” program with the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, two students will participate in exchange programs.
- Additionally, an agreement has been reached with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to send one student for an 11-month internship. The selection and documentation process is currently underway.


2. Erasmus+ Capacity Building

The Erasmus+ Capacity Building program is funded by the European Union and aims to strengthen the capacities of higher education institutions and systems through international cooperation.
Currently, in collaboration with more than

. Applications are being submitted through the EU Erasmus platform.
